Training Programme for Faculty Members on Evaluation of Answer Scripts through SLCM Software
On February 3, 2023, NSS College Pandalam hosted a training program for faculty on the new SLCM software for evaluating answer scripts for MA/M.Com/M.Sc/Degree exams. The session, held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, included an introduction to the software and a live demonstration of its features. The training aimed to familiarize faculty with the software's functionalities for efficient evaluation.
Faculty Development Programme on Automated Attendance System
On January 17, 2023, NSS College Pandalam organized a Faculty Development Programme in collaboration with GI Infotech, Irinjalakkuda, on the implementation of an Automated Attendance System. The session, starting at 2:45 PM, equipped faculty with the skills to effectively use the system for attendance tracking. Interactive sessions and hands-on demonstrations highlighted the system's functionalities and benefits.

IQAC of NSS College Pandalam organized a training program on the NIRF process for faculty on 22/12/23 in the seminar hall. Dr. E. Shaji, Professor and Head of Geology, University of Kerala, led the session, providing insights into NIRF rankings and key parameters. The discussion also covered higher education challenges in the context of NEP 2020.
Embase Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Online Training
IQAC of NSS College Pandalam organized an online ERP Software Training for faculty and administrative staff on 12/12/23 at 7 PM. The session enhanced participants' proficiency in using the ERP system for efficient academic and administrative management. This initiative aimed to streamline institutional processes and improve operational efficiency.
