N.S.S. College, Pandalam regarded as one of the premier educational institutions of Kerala managed by Nair Service Society has always encouraged numerous innovative measures in the field of higher education. As part of this, the College formulated a Civil Service Club in the month of March 2019 in association with the NSS Academy of Civil Services (NACS), Thiruvananthapuram. The Club aims to equip the students of N.S.S. College, Pandalam to meet the challenges of the Civil Services Examination and enable them to secure primary positions at the national level. The official inauguration of the Club was done by Sri. T.P. Sreenivasan IFS (Rtd.), Former Ambassador of India and Director, NACS on 27th March 2019. The inauguration was followed by an orientation programme on civil services with sessions handled by Dr. Shaijumon CS, the honorary member secretary NACS and Sri. Rajesh R, Member, NACS Academic Council.

 The opening ceremony for the first batch of NACS Civil Services Club Members of NSS College, Pandalam was held on 08/05/2019. The function was inaugurated by the hon. District Collector Sri. PB Nooh IAS at 2:00 pm at the College Seminar Hall.
